You are responsible for ensuring your use of SimpleTaxFlow complies with all applicable laws, including UK tax and data protection regulations. You must provide accurate information and maintain records as required for Making Tax Digital (MTD) and HMRC obligations.

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. We will notify you of any action taken where practicable.
